Located at Batam Center, this outlet is the ONLY authentic Ralph Lauren Polo shop you can get in Batam, other than in the ferry terminals or boutique in shopping malls and the stuffs here are all at a discounted price. Most other shops sell it in cheap process but only mean one thing, it is FAKE. So, please be careful.

In this outlet, the price of a Polo Ralph Lauren clothes is about 1/3 to 2/5 of those in Singapore. The price here is about 60-80 SGD for a piece of shirt which is still relatively cheaper as compared to the prices in Singapore. And remember, this is the original Polo Ralphs Lauren ones. This factory outlet store not only sell Ralph Lauren products but also other export overrun products like Nautica, Ann Klein, Tommy Hilfiger and more.

As for question why Polo Ralphs Lauren here is very cheap comparing to Singapore, it’s because the American brand Polo Ralph Lauren were made in Indonesia, most likely in Jakarta and Bandung, so it cost much cheaper if it sell in Indonesia, at least there is no shipping cost.

There is a difference between American brand Polo Ralphs Lauren and The Indonesian POLO is authentic as Only Indonesia. The Indonesian POLO is produced locally and registered in Indonesia long before Polo Ralphs Lauren penetrated into Indonesian market. The brand POLO actually refers to a local POLO brand and is original from that perspective, so it also cannot be stated as FAKE Polo since it not bringing the name of Ralph Lauren. But, once again, please be careful to choose.

However, for the Ralph Lauren products, you need to buy it from the shops which bear the full name Polo Ralphs Lauren as due to copyrights law, Ralph Lauren is not able to use the term POLO in Indonesia by itself. So, don’t be scared to buy shirt from this outlet.
